Call for Participation: SA4AW 2025 – Program Now Live!
We’re excited to announce the Call for Participation for the upcoming international conference Semantic Annotation for the Ancient World (SA4AW), taking place May 20–21, 2025, at the University of Crete (Rethymno) and online.
This conference brings together scholars, technologists, and digital humanists to explore how semantic annotation, hybrid AI, deep learning, and knowledge graphs are transforming the study of the ancient world. From making classical texts machine-readable to connecting historical knowledge in innovative ways, SA4AW aims to foster collaboration and push the boundaries of what’s possible in ancient world studies.
