The French National Standardization Committee -Afnor honour Christophe Roche for his ten years of serving as president of the Committee on Terminology Standards on September 5th, 2023, in Paris..

Prof. Christophe Roche, TALOS ERA Chair, was presented with a commemorative plaque at the annual Afnor Committee Meeting on Terminology Standards on September 5, 2023 in Paris, after stepping down as president after 10 years of service during which he was also project manager of the ISO 1087 and ISO 704 standards.

The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Maria Papadopoulou, TALOS ERA Chair Project Manager, newly appointed French National Expert for ISO standards on Terminology – most notably of the ISO standard on “Language resource management — Semantic annotation framework (SemAF)”.
