
3rd Meeting of Greek ERA Chairs – Deliverables and Impact | Upgrading Research in Greece
The University of Crete and the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) are co-organizing the the “3rd Meeting of Greek ERA Chairs – Deliverables and Impact | Upgrading Research in Greece”, taking place on October 30, 2025, at FORTH’s “Georgios Lianis” Auditorium in Heraklion, Crete, and online via Zoom.
As part of the EU’s ERA Chairs Programme under Horizon Europe (WIDERA), the conference will showcase the progress and achievements of ERA Chair projects coordinated by Greek institutions. It will focus on how these initiatives drive institutional transformation, promote excellence, and strengthen the national research ecosystem.
The event is co-organized by Prof. George Garinis (University of Crete, FORTH) and Prof. Melina Tamiolaki (University of Crete, TALOS-AI4SSH Coordinator).
The TALOS-AI4SSH project will be represented by Prof. Christophe Roche, ERA Chair Holder, who will present during the session “Presentations by ERA Chairs.”
