TALOS Participation in Two-Day Seminar for Secondary Education Teachers (Heraklion)

TALOS members Prof. Eleni Katsarou and Rafail Giannadakis participated in a two-day seminar for secondary education teachers in Heraklion (9–10 Oct 2025), presenting on AI in education and curricula analysis, and AI/VR-AR for teaching antiquity. The event highlighted innovative, participatory practices aligned with the new curricula and strengthened ties between research and classroom practice.

Training for TALOS interns!

On February 20, Rafail Giannadakis introduced TALOS interns to knowledge modeling, ontoterminologies, and TEDI software in a private training. However, it is recalled that Prof. Christophe Roche will provide a fuller and hands-on training on these topics next Monday in an open hybrid training! Two-day training session on text processing and analysis techniques  (February 10-11, hybrid)

Join us for a two-day training session on text processing and analysis techniques, focusing on both modern and ancient Greek texts. Explore tools like NLTK, SpaCy, CLTK, and UGARIT while gaining hands-on experience with sentiment analysis. The training will be led by Dr. Dimitrios Bilianos, an expert in computational linguistics on February 10-11 at the UCRC & online. The sessions will be recorded.
