TALOS at the “VR & AR Classroom Transformers” Erasmus+ Project Mobility in Crete
Members of the TALOS Lab participated in the Erasmus+ project “VR & AR Classroom Transformers” in Rethymno, presenting two talks on AI in education and digital technologies for cultural heritage. Professor Eleni Katsarou and Rafail Giannadakis showcased how Artificial Intelligence, VR, and AR can transform both classroom learning and the study of antiquity, aligning with TALOS’ mission to connect innovation, education, and the Humanities.
TALOS Lab to Coordinate the European Project Teachers’ Academy for AI Literacy
TALOS Lab is proud to take part in the Teachers’ Academy for AI Literacy, a €1.5M Erasmus+ project uniting 14 partners from 7 European countries. The initiative aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and critical skills to engage with AI in education—not only on a technical level but also with attention to ethical, social, and humanistic dimensions. By fostering collaboration and developing innovative training programs, the Academy seeks to ensure that AI is used inclusively and responsibly, bridging digital divides and strengthening the digital transformation of education across Europe.
